CUSTOM HOME BUILDING PROCESS
INITIAL CONTACT:
The first step is reaching out to us through the contact page on our website. We will request a description of what type of project that you are looking for and for you to submit a concept plan if you have one. Then one of our sales consultants will reach out to you.
COST + BUDGET:
In the second step will request that you fill out our client questionnaire form that our sales consultant will send you. That questionnaire form will give us a better idea of what type of finishes you are wanting in your home. After we receive that questionnaire we will then put together a rough estimate together based on the information that you have provided. We will also provide to you a our potential savings form that will outline all of the different ways that you could save money on home depending on what you are willing to compromise on. Once you have confirmed that the rough pricing is within budget, then we move to the next step.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN:
The third step is to start the our design process. In this process we will either design your home from scratch our make modifications to an existing floor plan. Once ample progress has been made we will do a revised estimate based on the preliminary plans to ensure that we are in budget before having the plans finalized and submitted for final pricing. At this time we recommend that you reach out to our preferred lender to start finalizing financing.
FINAL DRAWINGS:
The fourth step is finalizing the house plans. Once the plans are finalized we will send those to our subcontractors and suppliers for their final prices.
CONTRACT:
The fifth step is for FGB to put the final pricing together. Once we have that final pricing we will then put the contract documents together and send those to you to sign electronically.
CONSTRUCTION:
The Sixth and final step is to begin construction.
