BUILDING CUSTOM HOME DESIGNS
At Frank Good Builders we strive to offer the best customer experience and that starts with the design of your home. We have partnered with Paragon Home Plans because we know how important the design of the house plan is and want to be sure that it fits your needs. When you decide to enter into the design process with Paragon Home Plans we help make sure that you not only have a beautiful home that you can be proud of but that you also stay within your budget. Paragon Home Plans can start from scratch or take a concept that you have and make modifications to it. The cost of the design is $1.50 per planned square foot. IE: if the house is 3,000 square feet the cost of the design would be $4,500. There is a 50% deposit requirement and remaining balance would be do when the plans are complete. THE PROCESS
STEP ONE: Paragon Discovery Call
After we have provided an estimate and you feel comfortable with the budget we then would have one of the team members of our partner Paragon Home Plans reach out to you directly to set up a discovery call. The purpose of the call would be to gather more information on your vision for the design of your home and what services would best suit your needs.
STEP TWO: Proposal
Paragon will put together a proposal based on the discovery meeting with the services selected by the client.
STEP THREE: Design Contract
Once the proposal has been approved Paragon will send out the design contract to be signed by the client and will require a 50% deposit due at contract signing. As soon as the funds are received Paragon will get started on your design. Most design projects take between 8-10 weeks and vary depending on the size and scope of the project.
STEP FOUR: Completion
Majority of our design projects take between 3-5 revisions before they are 100% complete. Once the plans are complete the final balance would be due upon the delivery of the plans..
