MEET THE TEAM

Frank was raised in Phoenix, Arizona and is married to his longtime love and college sweetheart Kelly. They have three wonderful children Bethany, Seth, and Caleb. He graduated from Shadow Mountain high school and received his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from Florida Southern College where he played baseball. Frank worked at Hughes Supply for a year and really felt that he was meant to work outside with his hands. Although he had no experience working on homes he applied for a construction laborer position for a local contractor. After a year at that company, he realized that he found his passion. So in 1991 he founded Frank Good Builders and has been working for the company ever since. Frank has built and renovated over 200 homes during his career. His current role at the company is our Construction Manager and he will be right out there in the dirt and dust obsessing over the smallest details and maintaining the highest quality standards to ensure everything keeps moving forward smoothly on your new home.

FRANK GOOD

Seth was born and raised in Amherst, Virginia. He and his wife Britney have four beautiful children Lilyana, Luka, Jayce, and Nyko. He graduated from Liberty Christian Academy and went on to study at Liberty University. Seth cut his time at Liberty University short to join Frank Good Builders. He has been with the company since 2011 and grew up learning the construction trade. Seth’s passion is creating an enjoyable customer experience throughout the entire building process. He prides himself on guiding clients throughout their journey in creating their one of a kind dream home. His continuous focus on the day to day operations of the business is instrumental to the success of Frank Good Builders. Seth is also a licensed real estate agent.

SETH GOOD

Sales & Management

TREY STILLMAN

Trey was raised in Lancaster, VA in a small coastal community. He learned the trade of construction under his father who owns a marine construction business. He graduated from Lancaster High School, and continued on to earn a degree in Fire Science and as a Paramedic. In 2013, He moved to Lynchburg in pursuit of a career in Fire and EMS, but continued his trade in carpentry as a secondary passion. Trey started with FGB In 2018 as a part time laborer, and recently decided, after several years of balancing two careers, to join the team full time as a superintendent in 2019. He is a proud father of a beautiful daughter named Abigail. His passion and focus is on the finish work of each job, and is fueled by witnessing the daily progress of each home.

CHASE MAURHOFF

Chase is from Nelson County Virginia where he lives with his wife, Abbie and two kids, Carter and Anna. Chase Graduated from Liberty University with a degree in business and a minor in HVAC technical studies. Chase has worked in both residential and commercial construction since 2007 and has held a construction management role since 2014. Frank Good Builders first came to know Chase in 2019 when he acted as the general contractor for construction of his own home and utilized FGB for a portion of the work. Since coming on board with FGB in February of 2022, Chase has played an essential role in the growth and development of the company and we look forward to that continuing!

CLAY SUMPTER

Clay’s hometown is Williamsburg, Virginia, and it was there he first discovered his passion for the construction industry. Every summer, he worked as a laborer in the field, and it was through this experience he became interested in pursuing a career in construction. Currently, Clay is enrolled at Liberty University studying Project Management and taking trade classes. He is determined to broaden his knowledge base and expertise. As he approaches the end of his academic journey, Clay has joined the FGB team as a Project Coordinator and looks forward to putting his skills into practice while contributing to the building process. Enthusiasm for opportunities to enhance his technical and managerial skills drives his work ethic at FGB. Clay looks forward to making contributions toward the continued growth and success of Frank Good Builders.

ANTHONY CALDWELL

Anthony started in project management with Frank Good in the fall of 2024. Previously Anthony
worked as a senior property manager but transitioned into project management to more closely
align with his passion in home construction. Anthony has many years of experience in the
customer service industry and has personal experience in home construction and home
repairs/renovations. His knowledge and experience with the inner workings of a home make him
a great asset to the FGB family.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys gardening and horticulture. He and his wife run a small flower
farm together in Nelson County where they and their four children reside. In addition to these
things, he also has a passion for ministry and theological study. Anthony is committed to
establishing a positive impression on each individual he encounters.

CAMERON BURGAMY

Born and raised in Georgia, Cameron has called Amherst County home since 2013. After earning his MBA from Liberty University, he spent nearly a decade in various marketing and management roles. His passion for construction was sparked by building his own house, so he reset his career by spending 2 years in the field as a carpenter before transitioning to the role of Project Manager with Frank Good Builders in 2025. When he’s not building houses,
Cameron can usually be found at his mountain home with his wife and five children, enjoying the view, hiking, and watching movies.

BRENNAN BILEK

Brennan grew up on the central coast of California, surrounded by small beach towns and Spanish mission-style architecture. He met his wife at Liberty University in central Virginia, where he earned a degree in business and communications. During his studies, Brennan began flipping houses and taking on various remodeling & real estate projects before relocating overseas to North Africa. In this Arabic-speaking context, he and his wife assisted faith-based businesses through marketing & business consulting while raising two young children. Brennan now resides locally in Virginia, enjoying snowboarding and spending time with his family and friends.

Field Crew

ANDREW ROBINSON

Andrew was born and raised in Lynchburg, VA in a hardworking Christian home just off Fort Avenue. He is primarily a woodworker but has almost a decade of old home rehab experience and has a wide variety of trade skills. He aims to learn and grow each day on and off the jobsite. In his free time, Andrew enjoys hiking, biking, reading, and spending time with his wife Bailey.

MAX MORRIS

Max was born in Russia, adopted at 12 years old and raised in Washington and Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Amanda, moved to Lynchburg in 2022; they have two children, Judah and a baby boy on the way! Max found his passion in custom home construction in the Maryland/DC area and expands his knowledge with every opportunity.

AARON KREUZIGER

Born and raised in Amherst, VA, Aaron is married to his best friend Taylor, and they have a son, Liam. Aaron started learning the trade of general construction in high school and has over 10 years of experience. He operated his own construction company for 4 years, mainly specializing in renovations, and now looks forward to being a great asset in the renovation division for Frank Good Builders. Aaron strives to maintain great relationships between team members and clients. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping.

EVAN PRICE

Evan was born and raised in Lynchburg Virginia. After graduating high school, he studied carpentry at VTI and pursued a career in finish carpentry shortly after. He has several years’ experience in residential renovations and is passionate about the fine details. He especially enjoys doing challenging trim work and adding finishing touches to the homes he works on. In his free time, Evan enjoys collecting and restoring antique tools and spending time with his wife, Sierra. Evan is always pushing himself to learn new skills or pick up new hobbies.

CLARK SIPE

Originally from Charlottesville, Clark brings a deep commitment to craftsmanship and creative building to the Frank Good Builders team. After studying at Montana State University, he found his calling in carpentry—seeing it not just as a trade, but to serve others by creating homes built with care, integrity, and purpose.
Passionate about learning and growing within the skilled trades, Clark values the opportunity to build with intention. Outside of work, he finds inspiration in fly fishing, reading, and collecting records—pursuits that, like his work, reward patience, precision, and passion.

COREY TUCKER

A Bedford County native, Corey Tucker brings seven years of experience in Virginia's housing market, with a background in both real estate and residential construction. As a member of the FGB team, he is known for his positive outlook, adaptability to changes and willingness to learn. He cares for the families in his community and has a desire to leave them with a high-quality place to call home. Corey is passionate about leadership and has a large family locally that he loves to give his time to. His approachable nature and commitment to hospitality help create a smooth and enjoyable building experience from start to finish. When he's not on the job site, Corey enjoys camping, trail running, exploring the mountains, and having fun adventures with his wife of eight years and their two sons.

JAMES HARRIS

James was born in Lynchburg, raised in the Concord/Rustburg areas, and now lives in Forest with his fiancé and 2 children, Adalay and Greyson. He grew up in a Christian environment and a family full of different trades. James has been working in carpentry for over 4 years, and it’s his favorite thing to do, on and off the jobsite! He has experience in renovations, tile work, and multiple other trades including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
James is passionate about learning something new every day, which sticks with him forever. Some of his hobbies include Cornhole, hiking, and spending time with his family.

CALEB MALINOWSKY

Originally from Florida, Caleb spent his first 22 years moving across seven different states. Growing up in an Army family meant he never stayed in one place for long, but it taught him the real meaning of hard work, discipline, loyalty, and the importance of family.
He has always felt a pull toward carpentry and is eager to channel his dedication into building with the Frank Good team. He views the trade as an opportunity for continuous growth and craftsmanship. When he isn't on the jobsite, he enjoys the outdoors, baseball, and unwinding with a good video game.

JOSEPH STEVENSON

Joseph was born in Minnesota and moved to Lynchburg, Virginia 8 years ago, where he now lives with his wife, Celia. With 6 years in the trades under his belt, Joseph has found a deep appreciation for the craft and the lifelong skills it’s given him. He’s dedicated to collaborating, problem-solving, and triple-checking the clearance section at Lowe’s. When he joined FGB, he was thrilled to have the opportunity to do what he loves every day. In his free time, he likes to read, camp, play the drums, and spend time with his wife and friends.

TYLER GRACHAN, CPA

Tyler is a Bedford County native, proud husband, and father of two. With a background that includes service in the United States Marine Corps, Tyler's commitment to excellence has been evident from the start. A graduate of James Madison University and a certified CPA, he rose through the ranks of public accounting to become a partner in a local firm. His expertise spans job cost accounting and governmental accounting for major construction endeavors. Beyond the office, Tyler finds joy in woodworking, hunting, fishing, photography, guitar playing, drone piloting, cooking, and continuous learning.

ASHLEIGH COX

Ashleigh is a born and raised Virginian; she has four older brothers and is auntie to fifteen energetic nieces and nephews!
During high school Ashleigh began tutoring international children, which evolved into a bustling, in-home childcare and teaching opportunity after graduation. She later spent a few years substitute teaching elementary grades at a local Christian school before transitioning into their pre-kindergarten program full-time.
Ashleigh is passionate about contributing to and supporting the FGB team; she brings several years of accounting experience to her role as office manager, along with strong organizational skills and an enthusiasm for learning.
In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys family outings, kayaking near beautiful VA countryside, collecting antiques, and taking on too many DIY projects.

DREW SITTIG

Drew was born and raised in Southern Illinois, just 2 hours southeast of St. Louis, Missouri. After graduating high school, Drew came to Virginia to attend Liberty University, graduating in 2002. After working in Madison Heights for several years, Drew went to work for his Alma Mater in Military Affairs. There he was introduced – through his future sister-in-law – to his wife, Jayme. Previously working in Altavista, VA as a Cost Accountant, Drew joined the FGB Accounting team in August 2024.
His attention to detail and desire to always keep learning are great strengths he has carried with him throughout his career, and he is excited to see what the future holds for him here at FGB. Drew enjoys playing piano, spending time in the great outdoors, as well as quality family time with his wife and three children.

PHILIP DUNAGAN

Philip was born and raised in Mosier, Oregon, a little town in the scenic Pacific Northwest and was the youngest of seven siblings. Since the age of 14 Philip has been working in the construction industry and has worked on homes, hotels, and apartment complexes. After Philip finished high school, he moved to Lynchburg in 2018 to pursue a degree in Business Administration, and while he was there, he met his wife, Hannah. Philip enjoys Hiking, Fishing, and Skiing/Snowboarding, and has a degree in Business Administration

WADE CAMPBELL

Wade is a lifelong local from the Madison Heights area of Amherst County. He attended George Mason University for a while and graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Creativity and design followed him through early jobs from low voltage alarm and communications design and installation to the technical director and occasional DJ for a local night club. Wade comes to us most recently as a videographer, producer and creative manager with a local television station. He's looking forward to expanding his creative application to designing outstanding homes for everyone. Wade currently lives in Madison Heights with his wife and enjoys photography and videography, motorcycling around Virgina, board games of many types and time with his wife, daughter and friends.

CHRIS MERRELL

Chris was born and raised in the small town of Covington, Virginia and first met his wife, Nancy, when they were 8 and played on the local rec league soccer team. They have two kids, Silas and Kira, who are both in college. Chris graduated from Cedarville University where he ran cross country and track and more recently completed his MBA. He has helped start and scale multiple ministries and businesses including a small home building business before joining the Paragon team. He loves to run, cheer for the underdog in about any sport, and explore new hikes and cities with Nancy.

SCOTT TURNER

Scott began his professional journey in the construction industry at the age of 16 in Visalia, California. Through hands-on experience, he developed expertise across various trades, specializing in new home construction and residential remodeling. His passion for the industry motivated him to pursue degrees in Architectural and Construction Management. By the age of 25, he received recognition from the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) and served on the board of directors for its California chapter.
Scott is a devoted father to three daughters: Morgan, KeeleyAnn, and Coralee, and he takes pride in being a grandparent. He and his wife, Bre'Anna, met while volunteering and teaching at a local nonprofit organization, where they inspire the younger generation about STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). In his leisure time, Scott enjoys hiking, fly fishing, and advocating for spiritual and mental health support for men.

BRITNEY GOOD

Britney is a dedicated interior designer with 10 years of experience and over 100 completed homes, having earned her degree in Business Marketing with a Minor in Interior Design from Liberty University. A devoted wife to her high school sweetheart Seth, a proud mother of four tender-hearted kiddos and two fur babies, she thrives on creating spaces that foster connection, functionality, and comfort. She approaches each project like a game of Tetris, skillfully bringing together all the details—large and small—to create a cohesive and meaningful design. For Britney, designing isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to learn a client’s unique story and bring their vision to life in a way that reflects their lifestyle.
Beyond design, Britney is deeply committed to teamwork, whether it’s collaborating with colleagues, supporting her community, or nurturing her family. She believes that the best outcomes are achieved when everyone works together toward a common goal. Britney's strong work ethic is rooted in her devotion to honoring Jesus, inspiring her to approach every project and relationship with integrity, compassion, and a heart for service.

MERIDETH SHERMAN

Merideth, originally from Lancaster, Ohio, grew up with a strong sense of community and service. After graduating from Lancaster High School, she enlisted in the United States Air Force, where she spent four years serving as a Material Manager in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Following the completion of her service, she made her way to Lynchburg, Virginia, where she currently resides. Merideth is married to her husband, Hunter, and together they share their life with their beloved son, Lenny—who just happens to be the cutest Dalmatian around! Merideth joined the team in 2023, bringing with her a passion for organization, numbers, and a keen eye for detail. When it comes to work and design, she thrives on bright colors, fun patterns, and creating a sense of structure and creativity!

KATHRYN SUMPTER

Kathryn, a native of Williamsburg, Virginia, discovered her passion for design at an early age, influenced by her mother, a seasoned architect with 35 years of experience. She graduated summa cum laude from Liberty University, earning a degree in Interior Design with a business minor. In September 2023, Kathryn brought her creativity and attention to detail to Britney Good Interiors, where she specializes in cabinetry design. Kathryn finds inspiration in neutral tones, serene spaces, and a sense of organization. Outside of work, Kathryn is married to her high school sweetheart, Clay, a project manager at Frank Good Builders. Together, they share their lives with their handsome golden retriever, Duke.

MOLLY ABERNATHY

Molly was born and raised in the mountains of North Carolina and received her degree from UNC Asheville in Psychology and Sociology. With a bit of an unusual road to interior design, she spent almost seven years honing her project management, and client relations skills in the corporate event world before finding her home with design. Molly has several years of interior design experience focusing on both commercial and residential spaces. When she isn't designing dream homes for her clients, you can usually find her buried in a book, or out and about with her husband and rescue pup, Slate.
